This "ozone friendly" equipment is ideally suited for lab or limited production vapor phase soldering.   All models are fully insulated with a stainless steel interior, drain valve, stainless steel cover, parts basket, and dripper bottle with valve.

Component overheating is virtually impossible because the fluid characteristics limit the maximum temperature attainable.   The vapor heats the component leads faster than the components. This principle produces a reduced component body temperature during soldering.

All types of PCB's and assemblies of virtually any configuration are heated evenly.

Model M10 is used for soldering assemblies up to 12.5 x 8.5 x 6 inches high, and is wired for your choice of 120V or 240V (1ph) at 3000W.

	Heaters are automatically shut down if fluid tank is empty.
	Stainless steel fluid tank is fully insulated with a hinged cover,  and has no interior obstructions. A fluid drain valve is included.
	Inside measures 24"H x 14W x 10D.  Outside, 28"H x 18W x 16D.
	Long-handled basket is 13L x 9W x 2D
	Dripper bottle with valve replenishes cover fluid automatically.
	Operates with all popular soldering fluids, and any "ozone safe" cover fluid.

OPTIONS

	Sensor to shut down heaters if cooling water flow is interrupted.
	Operation at 208V (1ph)

OPTIONAL "AUTOMATE" VERTICAL CONVEYOR Model A66 is driven with a VARI-SPEED motor and includes 3 DWELL TIMERS for preheat in the cover zone, soldering in the hot vapor zones, and cool down in the cover zone.
